Connecting Worlds have a focussed strategy towards building a strong and successful business relationship with our Partners. The aim of our straightforward approach is to ensure a mutually beneficial win-win relationship.
Our Rules of Engagement include:
- Initial introductory meeting in order to understand both companies' strategies and offerings
- Evaluate of the company's products, and ensure there is no conflict with other products represented by Connecting Worlds
- Sign an initial agreement based on:
- Monthly retainer fee
- Commission on Sales
- Pre-approved Expenses on actual (Connecting Worlds will always share travel expenses among more than one company if possible)
- Agree on a region, target customers, marketing strategy and Plan of Action
- Undertake comprehensive product training, understand competitive advantages and formalise a typical sales strategy
- Approach potential customers, create a short & medium term target account list and move forward
- Build the Opportunity Funnel and provide regular updates
- Involve the mother company in customer meetings & presentations, etc
- Be at the closing stage with at least one new customer within 6 months
- Secure at least two new customers within the first year of partnership with Connecting Worlds
- Manage existing accounts and maximise revenue
